Yes. Learner Profile 3.0 is a software application that works on desktop computer or through a building-wide server. Teachers can use all the functions and features of Learner Profile 3.0 without downloading daily information to a PDA. Certain features of Learner Profile 3.0 can be used independently, such as the Lesson Planner and Gradebook.
